WebThanks. Don’t use vinegar. Use a diluted solution of CLR or order Flo-Aid. CLR can get 'soapy' and isn't a product I would recommend introducing into a domestic water piping system. If done properly the solution doesn’t go beyond the tankless unit and then is flushed out. If not CLR then go w Flo-Aid.
