WebIceborne has no downisdes, no meh effects. It is the most overpowered cell in the entire game, but there is a pretty simple solution to it. Most cells have a single effect and donwside (like predator gives you damage, but you can't get hit or ragehunter, which only gives you damage during enrage modes), so why not cut Iceborne in half.
