WebI've heard from some friends that at this point it is best to hold on to Fused Leapstones until Brelshaza gear. I guess It is naturally higher ilvl (kind of like when you go from Tier 2 to Tier3) and the + to item when you do gear transfer is going to be on the lower end. Meaning that the fused leapstones would again be more optimal to use.
